How to Use

The ProPalm mitt insert, is a shock absorbing pad that sits inside your glove and takes the sting out of any hit, or thrown, ball that could be caught in the palm area.

Step 1: Slide, wedge, cram, stuff, or shove the two fingers of the ProPalm mitt insert into the first two fingers of your ball glove. It's going to fit tight so just keep pushing. You don't want it falling out later.

Step 2: Place your hand inside your glove. Yes, it will take up some room in your glove and it might fit a little tight at first, but don't worry, leather stretches and you will not even notice it in time. The ProPalm will need a little breaking in just like your favorite pair of shoes.

Note: Most ball players tend to put their pinky and ring finger in the last finger slot of their glove, with their middle finger in the next slot, and their index finger outside. You will still want to place the two fingers of the ProPalm in the first two fingers of your glove anyway. This is the most ideal placement.

Youth size inserts: While the ProPalm is currently designed to fit adult size gloves, it is very easy to trim the tops of the two fingers of the ProPalm (an inch or so down from the top), to better accommodate a smaller glove. The width of the insert should not need to be altered, but can if necessary. Youth size inserts are coming soon.
